Our Story
In 1976, Keith’s Quality Foods began on the Gold Coast with one clear mission: capture the taste and texture of freshly made crumbed and battered foods, freeze them at their peak, and share them with kitchens everywhere.
In January 2024, we moved into a purpose-built facility just around the corner from our original factory. Sustainability drives every decision in our new home, ensuring we deliver the same exceptional quality at greater scale.
Chefs and caterers first fell for our bespoke batters and golden crumbs—meticulously perfected over decades.
Home cooks turn to Keith’s when they want restaurant-quality crunch on their dinner table. Global QSR brands trust our HACCP and SQF-certified processes to deliver consistency and excellence at scale.
We started by serving Australia’s food-service distributors, then expanded into retail and QSR channels. In 2024, we proudly launched our signature dessert range and mozzarella snacking lines abroad, bringing a taste of Keith’s magic to tables around the world.

As part of the process of further developing our quality and services, our company has developed, implemented and maintained a Quality System based on HACCP (Food Safety Program in accordance with the CODEX Alimentarius Guidelines for HACCP), Costco and “Accreditation to process meat” under the meat safety scheme from Safe Food Queensland.
